Meet Stanley, Edna and Dave. These guys were giving their human companions a hard time when it came to going out for a walk so we devised a new strategy to start combating that.

Great 1st session building confidence and putting in some boundaries with Pumba the Bernese Mountain Dog pup. Unfortunately due to some health issues Pumba has not had a great start in life but he’s getting there with the care of his human companions.

Meet Griff and Hickey the 12 month old sisters, yes sisters! The girls had become a little reactive and were pulling on the lead so we took out Griff to see how bad she was however as reactive as she could be she responded very well to the right guidance and reward which has now given her human companion a better understanding of how to coach her going forward.

Meet Jango the 6 year old Hungarian rescue. Jango’s human companions needed help with a few issues including his dislike of being in a car, reactive on the lead, pulling and mouthing his humans. After focusing on the car issue which went very positively bearing in mind how bad it was we set off on a lead walk and with the right encouragement and reward he settled down very well. Quite a bit of homework was left for them but a very positive start.

Meet Ziggy the lovely 6 month old working line Border Collie pup. His human companions got in touch with us a little concerned about his destructive nature however with a plan in place now including better boundaries, increased crate training, more exercise and the use of doggy daycare I’m sure he’ll be back on track very soon.

Great session with Ozzie the rescue Bullterrier. This lovely pups human foster companions just needed a little help putting in the right boundaries and lead work. He responded very well at our session and the feedback has since been brilliant!

Meet Milo the rescue Staffy at his home consultation to improve his control on the lead and ensure a good routine with boundaries was in place. Milo responded well during the first session much to the surprise of his human companions. Hopefully now walks can be far more pleasurable.

Meet the very sweet Delilah a 9 week old chocolate dapple Dachshund at her puppy consultation. Even though her human companion family are doing a great job of settling her in they wanted to make sure she is on the right track. Diet, routine, boundaries, exercise, environmental exposure and future training were all covered. Great job guys!

Great session with Bella the Staffy, Bella came to us with her human companion to try and help her overcome being reactive on lead when seeing other dogs and I’m pleased that the feedback from the client is already very positive. Well done Bella and Matthew.

Great Puppy Consultation with little Buddy, even after a week he was settling in nicely. His human companions wanted to ensure they were doing the best for him. Already happily using a crate as his safe space we also discussed exercise, boundaries and routine, his diet as well as future training and development needs.
